  • CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND CME CREDITS

    MoCert CREDITS 
    The 74th Annual Meeting of the CUA is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is developed and approved by the Canadian Urological Association. This educational activity qualifies for 1 credit per hour of participation, for a maximum of 21.25 credits. Participants should only claim the credits corresponding to their attendance.
    Members
    • Log in to the “Members’’ section on the cua.org website as of July 2, 2019.
    • Complete the on-line Evaluation Form.
    • The certificate of attendance will be sent to you once the on-line evaluation has been completed.

    Non-Members
    • You will be sent a link to access your certificate of attendance about one week after the meeting.
    This certificate of attendance can be used to claim CPD credits.
